Being well versed in recruiting go-to-market talent across the globe for other fraud tech vendors such as Forter and Signifyd, this was going to be a straightforward process for us.
Due to SEON’s international expansion into APAC, we were tasked to find SEON’s first sales hire in Singapore and wanted to make sure every candidate placed was going to be a strong match.
The Ortus team worked closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, Jimmy Fong, to understand their specific requirements for each role. Utilising our extensive network of industry contacts and resources, we were able to identify and approach brilliant prospective candidates for each relevant position. Our vast understanding of the fraud tech industry, along with having the right contacts, allowed us to quickly source and present SEON a shortlist of highly qualified candidates.
The team worked with SEON’s team through weekly status calls and integrated with relevant key stakeholders via Slack for fast communication. This meant we were able to schedule interviews and formulate feedback quickly, finding their perfect candidates in record time.
After seeing Ortus’ brilliance of filling the first initial positions, the VP of People, Sarah-Emily Oades, then asked us to support with sourcing and hiring an HR Business Partner, Employer Branding Specialist and Head of Talent Acquisition.
Through finding the perfect matches for SEON with a 3:1 CV to hire ratio. The candidates we placed across the UK, Hungary, USA and Singapore opened up new territories for SEON, allowing them to strengthen their market penetration and coverage globally.
